What are your areas of practice?
The firm provides a wealth of experience in the areas of petroleum and environmental law at all levels from refinery to distribution, wholesaler, retailer and user, on land and maritime. In addition, we provide a wide range of commercial services such as business acquisitions, formation and contracts, civil litigation and commercial collections. Families and individuals can benefit from our experience in estate planning, probate, and line of succession.

Where do you practice?
The firm is located at 27 West Neck Road, Huntington, NY 11743. We practice from the east end of Long Island west to New York City and points north. We also practice in the New York State courts in downstate New York and in Albany; all four Appellate Divisions in New York, Brooklyn, Albany and Rochester; the New York Court of Appeals; the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York; and the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. We also represent clients before State and local government agencies such as Department of Environmental Conservation; Department of Health; Consumer Affairs, and the Environmental Control Board.
